Role Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and initiate exploratory conversations about a unique product, booking discovery meetings that convert into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects based on established criteria, gather key sales intelligence, and achieve monthly and quarterly goals for pipeline generation.

Key Activities:

  • Maintain strong outreach activity across multiple channels including calls, emails, live chat, video meetings, and LinkedIn messages.
  • Identify and research companies matching Ideal Customer Profiles, performing personalized outreach to drive engagement.
  • Provide feedback on workflows, sales tools, lead quality, and marketing campaign results to improve processes.

Success & Requirements:

  • Consistently deliver against quota, manage high call volume, and use AI workflows to simplify tasks and maximize productivity.
  • Requires 1+ years in inbound/outbound sales or sales development with proven quota success in a SaaS environment.
  • Must be self-aware, coachable, and aligned with company values like creative problem-solving and clear communication.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time for events and trade shows is required.
