Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media to identify and engage potential customers
- Qualify leads based on company criteria and sales methodologies to ensure quality handoffs to the sales team
- Research prospects and companies to personalize outreach and demonstrate product knowledge and value
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales development, inside sales, or similar customer-facing sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and sales methodologies (MEDDIC, BANT, or similar frameworks)
- Experience with sales engagement and productivity tools
