The Ideal Candidate:
- Customer-focused with 3–5 years of experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Excels at building trust and driving product adoption.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a portfolio of financial services clients in the AMER region.
- Develop and execute tailored client success plans.
- Monitor client health and engagement, proactively identifying risks.
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related role within fintech, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Solid understanding of digital banking, authentication, cybersecurity, or payments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex accounts.
