Responsibilities:
- Ensure clarity and alignment with clients about UASI services and deliverables.
- Manage client scope and expectations through regular communication and meetings.
- Collaborate with Sales Team to identify new opportunities and execute client management strategies.
Project Management/Operational Efficiency:
- Collaborate with Quality Management Team to ensure quality expectations are achieved.
- Ensure client processes and workflows are documented and invoices align with contract parameters.
- Monitor client profit margin by tracking productivity, staff utilization, and non-billable time.
Business Development:
- Identify additional solution opportunities with clients and cultivate trusted relationships.
- Use expertise to create strategies with the Sales/Account Management team for new opportunities.
- Leverage professional network through market-facing activities like speaking or serving as a UASI Ambassador.
