The Opportunity:

• We're looking for a HR Systems Implementation Consultant to join the Lemon Platypus team.
• This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in HR systems administration or support.
• You'll help clients with day-to-day support, system configurations, and ongoing improvements to their HR tech.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with new system setups and configure workflows, permissions, and templates based on client needs.
• Support clients with day-to-day use of their HR platforms, including troubleshooting, updates, and reporting.
• Help with data migrations, testing, and creating documentation and training materials.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience working with HR systems, including hands-on experience with Hibob.
• Strong attention to detail and clear, friendly communication skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new platforms.
