Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of customer workflows and business domain.
- Support customers through onboarding, serving as point of contact for project and functional inquiries.
- Build project plans, produce status reports, and identify system gaps.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering preferred.
- 2+ years experience in solutions, project management, account management, or customer success.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and process orientation.
