- Training is paid, and you will train from home.
- All equipment is provided for training and for the job.
What You'll Do:
- Translate the company's vision into a meaningful context.
- Champion ownership, quality, and rider experience through customer interactions.
- Differentiate the customer experience to foster customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Assist riders with product questions and solve problems.
- Learn processes and systems to meet customer needs.
- Work in a motivated and fun team passionate about bikes.
