WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Answer product questions or troubleshoot product issues.
- Provide exceptional support to parents, teachers, and school leaders.
- Collaborate to achieve ambitious goals and deliver high-quality support.
Job Requirements:
- Full-time availability for 16 weeks from July 1 - October 16, 2026.
- Attend the entire 3-week training program.
- Work 40 hours per week with potential overtime.
Preferred Experience:
- Direct teaching or school leadership experience.
- Experience in a tech startup.
- Experience using Zendesk.
