WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Answer product questions or troubleshoot product issues.
  • Provide exceptional support to parents, teachers, and school leaders.
  • Collaborate to achieve ambitious goals and deliver high-quality support.

Job Requirements:

  • Full-time availability for 16 weeks from July 1 - October 16, 2026.
  • Attend the entire 3-week training program.
  • Work 40 hours per week with potential overtime.

Preferred Experience:

  • Direct teaching or school leadership experience.
  • Experience in a tech startup.
  • Experience using Zendesk.
