What We Need:
- Experienced Sales Development Representative to identify and solicit new business.
- Engage with clients to discuss advertising opportunities across podcasts, digital, radio, and events.
What You'll Do:
- Execute daily outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other channels (80+ per day).
- Research and identify leads aligned with ideal customer profiles.
- Create personalized outreach and partner with Account Executives for seamless handoffs.
What You'll Need:
- At least 2 years SDR or Outbound Sales experience with professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
- Competitive spirit in a metrics-driven, tech-savvy environment.
