About the Role:
- This role sits at the intersection of hospitality and precision, being the warm, reliable voice for students and the meticulous eye for admissions data.
- You'll help people navigate a big decision while your work ladders up to closing health equity gaps.
What You'll Do:
- Respond promptly to incoming lead communications and serve as a first point of contact with full FERPA compliance.
- Accurately enter and maintain data in LMS and CRM platforms, process applications, payments, and refunds.
- Audit new student documentation, provide daily activity reports, and recommend process improvements.
