Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer communications to create positive experiences and enhance brand reputation.
- De-escalate emotional situations and provide clear resolutions for product and technical support issues.
- Guide customers through repair or installation processes using internal systems and patience.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment.
- Excellent professional communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Ability to thrive in a focused, low-mobility environment and maintain a positive, team-oriented approach.
Work Environment:
- This is a remote position with regular Monday through Friday hours from 8am to 5pm.
- Requires meeting internet speed requirements, passing background and drug tests, and having a secure workspace.
- Offers a starting salary of $37,000 annually with comprehensive benefits and performance-based incentives.
