Your opportunity:
- Serve as a strategic partner to EPD executive leadership globally and as regional HRBP for North America.
- Align global EPD priorities with local execution, driving organizational design and workforce planning.
What you'll do:
- Executive Advisory & Coaching: Serve as a trusted advisor to EPD leaders, translating engineering roadmaps into talent strategies.
- Organizational Design: Diagnose challenges and design scalable team topologies and operating models.
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Lead multi-quarter headcount planning and talent density strategies across global tech hubs.
This role requires:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience as a Sr. HRBP supporting technical functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Global tech track record supporting engineering footprint across US, Europe, and APAC.
- Leadership coaching and executive engagement experience, with strong data literacy and analytical rigor.
Bonus points if you have:
- Degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PHR).
- Experience scaling engineering teams in cloud infrastructure, observability, or enterprise SaaS.
