About the Role:
- This is a fully remote position serving as HR liaison between Melita Group and its client organizations.
- The role delivers comprehensive HR operational support across the full employee lifecycle.
- The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in HRIS platforms, employment compliance, and client relationship management.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead client meetings, track HR Ops items, and proactively identify risks or service gaps.
- Partner with the People Operations Manager in new client implementation and customize HR templates.
- Execute onboarding and offboarding functions, including new hire orientation, FLSA assessments, and termination documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of HR operations experience, preferably in a PEO, ASO, or HR outsourcing environment.
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, or Rippling, and knowledge of employment compliance requirements.
