About the Role:
- We are seeking a Customer Success Coach to develop, support, and elevate the performance of our CSMs.
- You will combine coaching, quality assurance, and training delivery.
- The ideal candidate has prior experience coaching client-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor CSMs to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct quality reviews on customer interactions and provide detailed feedback.
- Track, report, and analyze coaching effectiveness and performance trends.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience coaching CSMs or Account Managers.
- Solid foundation in QA and structured feedback delivery.
- Must be able to work hybrid and align with US time zone (night shift).
