What You'll Do:

  • Drive new business development and revenue growth through strategic market analysis, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for increased profitability.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships from initial concept through project completion, strengthening existing partnerships and acquiring new clients.
  • Execute process engineering deliverables aligned with contracted design criteria, preparing and coordinating designs, studies, reports, and proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or related field, or High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years in Water Treatment/Process industry.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience with proven success in complex business transactions, pricing, and project finance.
  • 5+ years in refinery, chemical plant, or water/wastewater treatment environments with demonstrated expertise in technical and proposal writing.
