Guest Services and Operations Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Manage guest communication and provide clear, warm support.
• Support check-ins/check-outs and assist with access issues.
• Ensure accurate pre-arrival information.

Operations & Turnover Management:

• Oversee same-day turnovers and address delays.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure timely completion.
• Follow through on housekeeping and maintenance tasks.

Daily Operations Oversight:

• Review overnight messages and new bookings.
• Maintain awareness of property status.
• Develop familiarity with property-specific details.
