PIPELINE GENERATION:

  • Support Account Executives in identifying and researching prospective clubs, leagues and federations across Europe.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns — cold outreach, LinkedIn, email sequences — to generate qualified leads.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and help maintain a healthy pipeline across the region.

DEAL SUPPORT & SALES EXECUTION:

  • Support AEs throughout the sales cycle: research, proposal preparation, RFP contributions, and CRM hygiene.
  • Help prepare tailored presentations and supporting materials for client meetings.
  • Track deal progress and flag updates to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.

AD-HOC ANALYSIS & TEAM SUPPORT:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform regional strategy.
  • Build and maintain sales reporting and tracking tools (spreadsheets, dashboards) as needed.
  • Support the broader sales team with administrative tasks, data entry, and cross-functional coordination.
