The Patient Financial Services Specialist is a compassionate, patient-centered role focused on supporting patients throughout their financial care journey.
This role serves as a dedicated resource for navigating account balances, payment options, and financial assistance programs.
It is entirely focused on the patient experience, not insurance billing or claims.

In this role you will:

Manage inbound patient calls and messages with professionalism and empathy.
Process payments accurately and set up payment plans in accordance with policies.
Educate patients on financial assistance programs and guide them through the application process.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey financial information clearly.
Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in EMR and Microsoft Office applications.
