About the Role:
- Report to the Senior Manager, Customer Success.
- Serve as primary point of contact for growth customers.
- Drive adoption, support initiatives, and identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of customer onboarding and full lifecycle.
- Maintain regular cadence in HubSpot for customer stories and opportunities.
- Implement strategies to reduce churn and enhance loyalty.
