About the Role:

  • Focus on customer enablement, onboarding, education, and overall health status.
  • Ensure book of business meets engagement and service-delivery milestones.
  • Prepare quarterly business reviews and monitor renewal risk.

How you’ll Contribute:

  • Own the full customer onboarding path from training to adoption.
  • Partner with Account Director on account planning and QBRs.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery to ensure timely delivery.

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience as a CSM.
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and team-based account models.
  • Strong communicator with ability to train and educate customers.
