- Conduct market data analysis and provide pay framework suggestions.
- Handle compensation data consolidation and reporting for insights.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of C&B experience with systemic knowledge.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficient in Excel, GSuite, AI tools.
- Good communication in English; Chinese is a plus.
