Ensure compensation information is accurate, market-informed, and aligned with our philosophy.
Spend 70% of time on compensation tasks and 30% on People Strategy & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer compensation resources including pay ranges, job descriptions, and market data.
Identify and escalate data issues, generate reports, and support compliance tracking.
Support onboarding coordination and first-year journey execution.

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in compensation, HR, finance, or data analytics.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and Workday.
Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities.
