WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support the SVP of Frontier Lab Safety as the operational backbone for all lab relationships.
- Own the CRM for lab relationships, driving deals to close and resolving blockers.
- Coordinate milestones and delivery, keeping accounting and internal teams informed.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 3+ years in partnerships, account management, customer success, or sales operations, ideally in a technical environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with enterprise procurement and legal teams, with strong attention to detail and CRM hygiene.
