Strategic Leadership & Market Ownership:

  • Define and own the Senior Living segment strategy with distinct go-to-market approaches.
  • Serve as primary executive sponsor for key customers and represent PointClickCare at industry forums.
  • Collaborate with CRO on annual planning and resource allocation.

P&L Management & Revenue Growth:

  • Own the P&L for Senior Living, including revenue, gross margin, and operating expense accountability.
  • Drive net new ARR growth and net revenue retention with rigorous pipeline discipline.

  • Lead Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support teams within Senior Living.

  • Exercise matrixed leadership over Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering resources.
  • Act as voice of the customer into product organization for feature prioritization.
  • Partner with Marketing on demand generation and brand positioning.
