Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the Senior Living segment strategy, including distinct go-to-market approaches.
  • Own the P&L for the business unit, driving net new ARR growth, retention, and expansion.
  • Lead all customer-facing functions including Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise software or healthcare technology.
  • Deep knowledge of the Senior Living market and proven ability to scale customer-facing organizations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar P&L and SaaS metrics.
