About the Role:
- We are building new teams and hiring full-time Customer Loyalty Representatives for remote positions.

Day to Day:
- Handle inbound cancellation calls and retain customers.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on failed payments.
- Provide proactive support and identify upsell opportunities.
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years of sales or retention experience with a track record of meeting metrics.
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
- Ability to work in a team environment and think creatively.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate of $18 per hour plus commission, with total annual compensation estimated at $52,000-$56,000.
