Your support system:
- You'll report to Morgan Kitzmiller, the Manager of the Creator Growth team.
- Collaborate with Creator Growth Managers, Deliverability Specialists, Sales and Onboarding Team Members, and Product Managers.
What you'll do:
- First Week: Dive into core systems, take part in GTKYs to meet the distributed team.
- First Month: Shadow customer calls, manage a small group of creators, influence revenue through retention and expansion.
- First Six Months: Own a portfolio of 50-75 high-value creator accounts, implement strategic initiatives, drive feature adoption.
- First Year: Become a strategic pillar, develop account plans, identify patterns, contribute to evolving customer success framework.
