Responsibilities:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing the Customer Success Managers and Analysts.
  • Owning the entire customer book and gross dollar retention (GDR).
  • Partnering with Sales on expansion and being the voice of the customer inside Amperon.

Success Metrics:

  • In your first 90 days, know customers, product, market, and team; assess the book for health and retention risk.
  • In your first 12 months, achieve industry-leading GDR and NDR, a healthier book, and a stronger team.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years managing a Customer Success or Account Management team.
  • Experience owning retention or churn in B2B SaaS or Data-as-a-Service.
  • Strong commercial instincts and comfort with data tools like SQL or Python.
