Technical Project Manager

About the Role:

• Our People Operations team is growing and we're looking for a Technical Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of HR systems, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence.
• You'll own the end-to-end delivery of HR technology and process projects, keeping complex initiatives on track and making sure the right people have the right information at the right time.

What you'll do:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology projects (e.g., HRIS implementations, system integrations, process automation).
• Serve as the connective tissue between People Ops, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors — translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Build and maintain project plans, status updates, risk logs, and stakeholder communications.

What we're looking for:

• 4–6 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in an HR or People Operations context.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (UKG Pro, Workday, or similar strongly preferred).
• Strong command of project management frameworks and methodologies.
