About the role:

  • Own and grow a mid-market customer portfolio across APAC.
  • Partner with Learning, HR, and People leaders to connect workforce goals to Go1 value.
  • Balance relationship management, problem-solving, commercial ownership, and strategy.

What you’ll do:

  • Customer Success and Retention: Build multi-threaded relationships, lead onboarding and business reviews.
  • Growth and Commercial Ownership: Identify expansion opportunities, lead renewal and growth discussions.
  • Strategic Account Management: Engage with senior stakeholders and shape account strategy.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS renewals and revenue growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven mindset.
