About the Role:
- You will develop compliant, comprehensive, and compelling proposals and SOQs to win profitable work.
- You will manage procurement platforms, screen bid opportunities, and maintain tracking systems.
- You will partner with technical staff and leadership to identify target clients and support go/no-go decisions.
What You'll Bring:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, business, communications, or related field with 4+ years of experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM applications, AI tools, and bid procurement platforms.
- Understanding of RFP/RFQ processes and federal, state, and local procurement procedures.
