Sales Manager - Public Sector

Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the Public Federal Authorities/Government team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Increase market penetration in the public sector with a strong focus on new customer acquisition.

Customer and Partner Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs.
• Tailor solutions to meet those needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Build a C-Level network within defined customers and partners.

Team Development and Coaching:

• Provide ongoing training and coaching to your team on best practices and effective sales techniques.
• Identify skills gaps and implement training programs to address them.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
