You will:
- Embed with teams across Mercury and learn their work deeply enough to identify where AI could improve outcomes.
- Partner with functional leaders to define clear success measures before building.
- Build and ship AI-powered workflows and automations, iterating until measurable results are achieved.
You should:
- Have 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or similar roles.
- Have hands-on experience building with AI: agents, workflows, automations, internal tools.
- Be comfortable defining your own KPIs and plans in ambiguity.
