- The Senior Attorney assists the General Counsel in legal support across the organization.
- The role advises volunteer leaders and staff on governance, policy, and legal risks.
Job Activities:
- Negotiate, draft, and review contracts and commercial agreements.
- Manage compliance program implementation and improve contracting procedures.
- Provide legal training and research on a wide variety of issues.
