Overview:
- We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven SDR Team Lead to oversee and support our Business Development team.
- This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world.
- This role is responsible for managing daily SDR activities, improving outreach effectiveness, coaching team members.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily activities, outreach volume, and performance of the Business Development team.
- Monitor SDRs' KPIs, including conversion rates, quality, demo booked/held, and pipeline hygiene.
- Conduct regular email audits and performance check-ins.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Development or SDR roles.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Team Lead, Senior SDR, or supervisory role (preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding SDR targets (meetings booked, SQLs, pipeline).
