Day in the Life:
- You are the primary point of contact for law firm leadership across active engagements.
- You run the executive meetings, manage expectations, surface risks early.
- You make sure the client always knows what was delivered and why it matters.
Ideal Background:
- 2 to 5 years in account management, client success, management consulting, or a senior sales role (B2B, high-ticket).
- Proven track record of owning executive-level client relationships directly, not through a manager.
- Must have experience managing executives at firms of at least 100+ people.
What We Need:
- Elite executive communication: You have sat across from founders, managing partners, and senior executives and held your own.
- Technical fluency: You do not need to build the systems. You need to understand them well enough to defend, explain, and sell them to a non-technical audience under pressure.
- Outcome obsession: You speak in results, not activities.
