Day in the Life:

  • You are the primary point of contact for law firm leadership across active engagements.
  • You run the executive meetings, manage expectations, surface risks early.
  • You make sure the client always knows what was delivered and why it matters.

Ideal Background:

  • 2 to 5 years in account management, client success, management consulting, or a senior sales role (B2B, high-ticket).
  • Proven track record of owning executive-level client relationships directly, not through a manager.
  • Must have experience managing executives at firms of at least 100+ people.

  • Technical fluency: You do not need to build the systems. You need to understand them well enough to defend, explain, and sell them to a non-technical audience under pressure.
