Customer Service Representative

About the Company:

• BPO company with operations in North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.
• Recently established in Guatemala, looking for pioneer and diverse team members.

Your Role:

• Handle inbound calls from banking customers' inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
• Resolve service problems and ensure customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.

About You:

• At least 1 year of BPO experience.
• Excellent communication and probing/problem-solving skills.
• Flexible in shifting schedule and capable of handling escalations and disputes.

Work from Home Requirements:

• Internet access by cable or fiber with minimum 10mbps download and upload.
• Hardwired into PC/Laptop; wireless access not permitted.
• Backup ISP / Internet is required.
