- Lead renewal, upsell, and partner communications, focusing on nonprofit goals.
- Build strong relationships with internal Partner Success Strategists.
- Develop and present tailored renewal and expansion plans.
Requirements:
- 2+ years SaaS customer success experience, managing clients and negotiations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency.
Benefits:
- OTE compensation of CAD$115,000–$128,000, including base salary and equity.
