Role Overview:
- Support customers throughout the order process by receiving and processing purchase orders and coordinating schedules.
- Communicate updates and work with internal teams to resolve shipping, scheduling, and order-related issues.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, order processing, or account support with strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business software.
Schedule and Benefits:
- Full-time, primarily remote role with general hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and occasional regional travel.
