About the Role:
- Serve as a strategic partner to practice owners, driving onboarding, retention, and growth.
- Own a portfolio of accounts, monitor account health, and recover at-risk customers.
- Build the foundational Customer Success playbook as the first dedicated CSM.
What We're Looking For:
- Dental industry experience and 4+ years in customer success or account management.
- Data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable with ambiguity.
