About the Role:

  • Support managers and HR within the entire Total Rewards area.
  • Participate in and lead global Total Rewards projects with a Swedish focus.
  • Plan and implement training and communication within Total Rewards.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards in a larger organization.
  • Good understanding of Swedish labor law and collective agreements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Very good communication and training skills in both Swedish and English.
