About the Role:
- Support managers and HR within the entire Total Rewards area.
- Participate in and lead global Total Rewards projects with a Swedish focus.
- Plan and implement training and communication within Total Rewards.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards in a larger organization.
- Good understanding of Swedish labor law and collective agreements related to compensation and benefits.
- Very good communication and training skills in both Swedish and English.
