Global Compensation Management:
- Lead preparation and delivery of the annual compensation cycle.
- Oversee global market benchmarking using compensation surveys.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to set salary range positions.
Global Benefits Management:
- Oversee evaluation, design, and delivery of ABBYY’s global benefits programs.
- Lead market assessments to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop employee-facing benefits materials in partnership with Internal Comms.
Data, Reporting & Governance:
- Own all global compensation and benefits data within HR systems and reporting tools.
- Build and maintain regular and ad hoc C&B reporting.
- Support internal and SOX audit activity through accurate documentation.
