About the Role:
- We're seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our prenatal sales team across the Gulf Coast.
- You'll drive adoption of our category-defining NIPT and support our mission to transform healthcare.
What You'll Do:
- Build and execute a data-driven sales strategy to grow market development and profitability.
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of sales reps to exceed ambitious goals.
- Deliver clinical information to clients and internal teams, influencing how our test is communicated.
Who You Are:
- You have 4+ years of field sales management in women's health or prenatal diagnostics.
- You have a track record of success and strong data analysis and negotiation skills.
- You're self-motivated and thrive in a startup environment.
