Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distribution partners
  • Monitor existing relationships with a focus on new business production
  • Collaborate with the Regional BDM to best target areas of growth

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development
  • Must be physically located in the state in which candidate will have State BDM responsibilities
  • Proven track record of achieving goals and driving business growth

Experience:

  • Strong understanding of insurance products, markets, and industry regulations
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently as well as part of a team
