Job Summary:
- Developing and implementing HR solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Focusing on organizational efficiencies and restructuring to drive revenue optimization.
- Serving as a key partner to senior management, driving the execution of the employee lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:
- Leading the performance management lifecycle.
- Coaching senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, change management, and succession planning.
- Partnering on cross-functional HR projects that impact the supported business units.
What You’ll Bring:
- Substantial HR experience (8+years), including significant experience in a Business Partnering capacity (ideally 5 years) within North American with the ability to scale into a global capacity.
- Strong knowledge of organizational design and change management, with a proven ability to translate complex HR data into actionable business insights for senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and collaboration, specifically in a matrixed environment where you partner across Center of Excellence (COE) disciplines to drive functional outcomes.
