About the Role:
- Manage a portfolio of 40-60 Mid-Market customers as a strategic advisor.
- Help customers translate goals into measurable outcomes with AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding, kickoffs, and success planning.
- Monitor customer health and identify risks early.
- Partner on retention, expansion, and escalations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of CSM experience with technical SaaS products.
- Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with AI tools and remote collaboration.
