Responsibilities:
- Own full P&L for the North America studio fleet, setting operational strategy and driving revenue growth, profitability, and KPIs.
- Lead a national field organization, building a high-performing team and scaling leadership systems to support rapid growth.
- Oversee talent pipeline and development for studio leadership, partnering with People & Culture on succession planning and performance management.
- Drive operational excellence and growth strategy by analyzing studio performance data and leading new studio launches with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in multi-unit operations within fitness, retail, or similar fast-paced, customer-centric industries.
- 3–5 years in a VP-level executive role with direct oversight of regional or national operations and multi-layered field teams.
- Proven track record of scaling operations in high-growth environments with full P&L ownership and strong financial management.
