Job Description:
- Lead a geographically dispersed field team supporting a major automotive manufacturer.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Own the day-to-day delivery of the program and drive measurable improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a consistent daily operating cadence across the team.
- Translate data and reporting into clear priorities and actions for the field.
- Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top field personnel.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 5 years in program management.
- Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytics tools.
Work Environment:
- Position is full-time and home-based with remote flexibility.
- Travel throughout the continental United States may be required.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. without sustaining injury.
