Job Description:
- You will play a pivotal role in driving best-in-class execution of client plans across Sales and Merchandising teams.
- Focus on coaching and developing field representatives, driving sales excellence, and managing key relationships.
- Support and manage field teams across Victoria (VIC).
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in people/team management in Retail or Field Marketing.
- A reliable car and valid driver's license, confidence to manage a team remotely.
- Strong time and priority management skills, tech savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
