Responsibilities:
- Execute communications with Dealers regarding statements and payment instructions.
- Maintain a clear understanding of other departments processes including title teams.
- Provide exceptional service while handling complaints via emails, calls, and chat.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in basic PC applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
